Remember these guys?

When I was an awkward fourth-grader back in 1998, two things were painfully true.

1.) I wore stirrup leggings...regularly.
2.) I was completely obsessed with Hanson.

And I mean obsessed. I remember spending hours taking the staples out of  Bop Magazine posters so I could plaster them all over my walls.

Let's all take a trip back in our 10-year-old minds. For nostalgia's sake:

Ah the memories.

Well apparently these guys are back at it. Their new album "Shout it Out" was release last week and apparently has a whole new "sound."

So of course I had to listen to it here.

I'll let you make your own decisions about it, but make sure you come back and tell me what you thought of it!

I suddenly have an urge to see what the Spice Girls are up to...

I, too, was obsessed with Hanson growing up. So obsessed, infact, that I would make Zac Hanson a cake on his birthday and throw a birthday party and make my grandfather come to it and insist he sing him Happy Birthday!
In 1998, my best friend and I went to a Hanson concert in Albany for her birthday. 10 years later, I got us tickets again for her birthday AND backstage passes TO MEET HANSON at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino!! I actually hyperventalated as I was walking in to meet them...then when we got in to the Showroom to see them perform, the girls at our table, all our age, agreed with us that we STILL loved Hanson...but just didn't tell any of our friends we were at a, um, Hanson concert that night haha.
I'll forever be a Hanson fan!
