Averting the crisis

So I started thinking about the post I wrote the other day...and how much I sound like a petulant whiner boo-hooing about my life without even attempting to be positive or come up with any resolutions to my problems.

In an attempt to avoid this 'Quarter Life Crisis,' I'm going to kick-off what will hopefully be the most physically and mentally healthy year of my life. I know it's only November, but I am planning a mild detox for the remainder of my uneventful and disappointing 2012, to start 2013 off in a positive place.

This 'detox' includes:
- Having a positive outlook
- Little or no alcohol intake
- Being less rude (Hey, baby steps.)
- More sleep
- Better work ethic
- Playing more board games
- Eating healthier
- Eliminating negative influences
- Reading more books
- Getting a productive hobby
- Saving money
- Exercising more...I guess.

Those are the major things I'll be focusing on, but I am open to any and all ideas of how to get healthy! I really could use some productive hobby suggestions. I was thinking of becoming an extreme couponer so I could have a hobby and save money...why not kill two birds with one stone, right?
